#12 Five questions for Olivier Schneider
Olivier Schneider is French by origin, he is a tea collector, researcher, he sells tea, processes it on his own small farm in Thailand, writes a book and even sews his own clothes. In the autumn of 2023, he arrived in the Czech Republic for a puerh training organized by czech teastore @meetea.cz and I had an opportunity to speak with him briefly.
