Ego-paganism is the age of self-promotion, when we try to make our own glory visible. We believe that self-creation and self-expression are interconnected because we are most authentic when we present ourselves as the individuals we aspire to be. This is contrary to the truth that God's glory perfectly reflects his essence and his self-expression reveals what is truly supreme. To praise him for his self-expression is only to acknowledge this undeniable fact.
