Ursula Adams is an Australian extreme trail-runner and lover of rock climbing, mountain biking & hiking. We talk about importance of positive mindset, support of friends and how to overcome challenges. Listen to this “zero to hero” story of an inspiring and courageous woman who is now getting ready for 160km race through the mountains of Kosciuszko.
