Adam is a co-founder of the iconic Industra Coffee located in Brno,  Czech Republic. In this episode, we discussed what coffee shops  contribute to local communities.

9 years ago, Adam and Petra returned home from the UK to start their own  coffee shop. Since then, Industra Coffee has become a favourite meeting  point and part of a lively community and artistic hub. Adam and Petra  also enjoy bringing coffee to unusual places where you would not expect a  trending coffee shop.

Adam also shared their journey to starting their own roastery, what  values they want to promote and how it translates into relationships  with producers and importers.
