Maďarské léto – On restoring the rule of law in Hungary

zEvropy

Proto se v podcastu vydáváme do tohoto čarovného světa, zpovídáme hosty, komentujeme, diskutujeme a srozumitelně představujeme zákoutí evropského právního řádu všem zájemcům.

Moderují Michal Říha a Jaroslav Denemark.

Can the new administration simply remove the president from office? And what about the judges of the Constitutional court? What changed in the EU’s approach to unfreezing funds? And is it really possible to include the people in the creation of a new Constitution? Our guest was Beáta Bakó, a Hungarian constitutional lawyer, and she provided us with some first-hand insights into the turbulent situation in today’s Hungary!
