urbanyogi.cz

This time I had a chat with Bruce Chung https://www.instagram.com/brucechungyoga/ who is an amazing teacher originally from Canada, travelling the globe teaching.
I met Bruce in studio Prague Yoga Collective, during his weekend workshop focused on assisting and hands on adjustments. I like his precise approach, offering different options for different bodies - very important thing that is crucial for anyone teaching any kind of bodywork.
This weekend was a part of the first 200 hrs. teacher training at Prague Yoga Collective… So I not only spent great interactive weekend with Bruce, but also with a bunch of soon to be teachers, many of them really inspiring.
We also had a fun company of our friend Damian https://www.instagram.com/damian.machaj/ who was a very first guest of my podcast :-) He asked a bonus question and as I promised, here is the url to the article he is refering to https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2019/jun/14/the-mindfulness-conspiracy-capitalist-spirituality
Want to know more about PYC´s teacher training? You can find info at www.pragueyogacollective.com and if you are thinking of taking a teacher training too, dont wait and get in touch with the studio, you will find all contact details on this website too.
So, enjoy listening and if you like this podcast, dont forget to subscribe!
