How to Hire the Right People When You're Starting | GVTV Classic

The GaryVee Audio Experience

Welcome to The GaryVee Audio Experience, hosted by entrepreneur, CEO, investor, content creator, and public speaker Gary Vaynerchuk. On this podcast, you'll find a mix of the Podcast With Friends episodes, WineText TV recaps, Keynote Speeches on marketing and business, interviews, and fireside chats I've given. Enjoy!

Today's episode is a classic segment from GaryVeeTV. Hiring your first employees can be tricky because you really don't want to mess up when you business is just in the process of growing. One thing that I preach on a consistent basis is that the goal should not be to take a long time to find the right employee and then hire them, but instead, hire a lot of different people and then fire anyone that is not working like you need them to quickly. It's much better to hire fast and fire fast than it is to hire slow and fire slow...
Enjoy! Let me know what you thought.
