What it takes to run a global business? The digital company U+ of the entrepreneur Jan Beránek is one of those - globals.

Although U+ has offices on three different continents, its employees are literally everywhere. Beránek himself admits that he does not have an overview of who wokrs where. However, it does not matter, otherwise U+ would not be on the market for 12 years already.

High work ethics had its toll - a panic attack. This experience led Beránek to think of what could be done better.
