EP9 Systems, Goals and New Identities: Why you need all of them
Over the course of time, we tend to forget what was the original reason for starting some newactivities. By keeping any activity obvious, easy, enjoyable and satisfying you won't forget again. Apart from getting better or just having fun by doing any activity, you can also create a new personal identity. Once this process is done, all the habits will be easier to keep without forcing yourself into them :)
