slowczech – Learn Czech for Real Life

Tired of textbooks and grammar drills? This is the Czech podcast for thoughtful adults who want to speak real Czech… the kind you actually hear in daily life. Listen to episodes in slow Czech with authentic stories and conversations that help you immerse through comprehensible input, just like in our Immersion Program. Or join English episodes on mindset and confidence, guiding you to finally use Czech naturally and fearlessly. Since 2016, we’ve helped thousands of learners move from studying to speaking through our 1:1 lessons, Immersion Programs, self-paced courses, YouTube videos and this podcast. If you’re looking for how to learn Czech (and speak it!), a podcast to learn Czech naturally, or want to live the language, you’ve found your place. Because this isn’t textbook Czech… it’s real life in Czech.

Ahój! Jak se máš?  I have for you another great languge exercice today! Wohooo! This year, I joined the Časopis AHOJ  team (magazine for Czech language students). As you know and as last time (<a href="https://slowczech.com/casopis-ahoj-planeta-cesko/">link to the first AHOJ article here</a>) I can’t publish the text. That is why I am offering you the following listening/writing exercice: If you are motivated, listen to the audio and write what you hear. After that, send me the text (small part or the whole text) on my email or via my Facebook page. And I will correct it and fill the blank spaces that you dont understand. What do you think?

Btw, the AHOJ is about 30 pages magazine destinated to Czech learners are issued every 3 months. And for the third time now in October 2019, the magazine is releasing audio files, too. That is why and how a beautiful voice of SlowCZECH comes on the scene I wrote + recorded for them a beginner text called “Orloje v Česku” about astronomical clock in the Czech republic. All of them are very interesting… Well, you just have to listen to the audio!

You can get the whole magazine <a href="https://www.casopis-ahoj.cz/en/?fbclid=IwAR3qUY0DAX2No2zJhgwAajsOcCmguQ01npEoQFakEb6PZAksaJ81h-uz8a0">here:</a>

<a href="https://www.casopis-ahoj.cz/obchod/"></a>

Author of the text is Eliška ze SlowCZECH And as promised – <a href="http://www.educationplanner.org/students/self-assessments/learning-styles.shtml">What is your learning style</a>?
