I met both of them thanks to ecology of practices called TIAMAT. Ethan is founder of this transformative playful system as well as researcher, transformative coach, artistic director of 5ToMidnight. Ellie is a dancer, teacher and has recent experience with the death in her close family. Ethan shares his journey from a childhood fear of death shaped by trauma to a more profound acceptance, viewing death as a motivator for meaningful living. Elizabeth recounts her personal experiences, highlighting how grief fosters intimacy with mortality. The discussion transitions into the philosophical connections between life and death, promoting a dynamic understanding of existence as an interconnected flow rather than a mere container to fill. We examine the concepts of presence and non-being, where engaging with grief can deepen connections and appreciation for life. Podcast smrtelníka můžete sledovat na sociálních sítích: 🌱 Instagram 🌱Facebook 🌱YouTube 🌱Apple 🌱 Sponsor of this episode is RisheTea. (use code SMRTELNÍK for 5% sale) Just a great tea.
