Corpus et Animus

This episode is all about body and mind, why you should take good care of both and how can you do it here with your fellow students at LF HK. If you do not know them already, we are happy to introduce Laith and Riya and their project Corpus at Animus that has grown to be a student society. You have an opportunity to briefly look into their minds and listen to the reasons why they decided to take action, share their experience and help others. They are currently in the 5th year and looking back they have a lot to reflect on and many of you will be able to relate and appreciate their insights.
