The architectural office querkraft, based in Vienna, was founded in 1998. Over 100 projects, competitions and buildings in Austria and abroad speak for the successful teamwork of around45 employees. Querkraft defines its guiding principle as “giving people space” and expresses itsconstant striving for generosity in spatial design and freedom of individual creativity for users. Especially with residential buildings, querkraft has been able to realize many projects accordingto this philosophy of poetic pragmatism.
