One by Allegro wasn't built to save money. It was built because Allegro wanted to own the quality of the full customer experience – speed, NPS, the moment a parcel arrives. And competing with established carriers on quality, not price, was the plan from day one. In Poland, that approach paid off – scaling from 1,000 to 400,000 parcels per day in five years. In the Czech Republic, the ambition goes further: an open network available to any e-shop, not just Allegro sellers.
