01: Rebecca Grattan: how personal experience shaped my views on importance of D&I that led to my professional carrier and dreamed job at Avast

Diverzita a inkluze s OPIM

Co se skrývá pod diverzitou a inkluzí, a proč je důležité téma otevírat ve společnosti nebo firmě? Nejen na to, nám v českých a anglických epizodách odpovídají hosté z byznysu, neziskového sektoru a školství. What do we understand by diversity and inclusion? Why is it important to open those topics in our society and in companies? Not only those questions we ask our guests from business, NGOs or academia in our Czech and English episodes.

Our first episode is a story of Rebecca who has moved to Prague, just a month before the pandemic and a lockdown, to take a role as a Chief People and Culture Officer at Avast. You can listen to her journey of learning about herself and understanding others. What are the opportunities in terms of D&I in the Czech Republic in comparison to different countries? Rebecca shares what is the D&I focus for Avast also reflecting the covid-19 impact on employees' inclusion and wellbeing.
