Back in Time: A Season 2 Finale (STORY in Czech)

Czech Your Day

Czech Your Day is a daily podcast that helps foreigners really understand and learn Czech through weekly topics. Each episode of the week gets you one step closer to understanding Friday's episode - the story. Renča shows not only the "textbook version" of Czech, but also the "real-life Czech" (that means the way Czech people speak at home or with their friends). Yes, that's exactly what foreigners struggle with - being able to have a normal conversation with your Czech friends and colleagues. Renča also shares her tips and tricks that will help you on your learning journey. Keep listening and you will realize that your Czech is definitely getting better 😉 You can find transcripts/handouts from each episode on Renča's website CZECH-ME.COM.

This week's theme, 'Back in Time,' revisits episodes from season one and two, tweaking them to reinforce vocabulary and practice past tense in Czech. This episode focuses on revising the months, places, and past tense verbs through questions and answers. Renča reads slowly at first and then at a faster pace, providing extra practice for you. I highly recommend you to download the handout + check the article with English translations here: https://czech-me.com/the-czech-story-unveiled-a-season-finales02-e56-daily-podcast-czech-your-day/The list of all episodes is here: https://czech-me.com/daily-podcast-czech-your-day/The link (COMMUNITY Czech Your Day): https://czech-me.com/join-community-czech-your-day/00:24 Reflecting on Season Two02:13 Special Week: Back in Time03:08 Today's Episode: Revising Months and Places08:09 Practice Questions
