EP273 Increasing Pleasure through Chakra Healing & the Energetics of the Sacral Chakra with Metaphysicist Mehrak Easley

The Pleasure Positive Podcast

The pleasure positive podcast where badass women discuss everything from orgasms, to gender harmony, to the health benefits of masturbation. The Sex-Ed you wish you got... and then some. Living a pleasure positive lifestyle is possible with the help of your host's - Katie, Lindsey & Madison - who are communication & intimacy coaches, radio journalists & pleasure researchers who go out to try all the boundary-pushing sexcapades, confronting and disrupting their shame, then hop on the air to tell all the gritty details. They will try almost anything ONCE. Like getting pregnant at a sex party... #truestory. After 300+ episodes, get THE TOP sex tips, relationship advice and pleasure hacks from the sciency to the spiritual to get your needs met and tap into your turn on. Tune in and join our community as we normalize taboo conversations every Tuesday!

We are joined by metaphysicist Mehrak Easley to talk pleasure, chakras & tools to unlock your inner power. In this episode we seek a deeper understanding the chakras and how they affect our lives. Given that this is a pleasure podcast, we had a particular interest to learn even more about the sacral chakra... and how to balance the duality experienced in the sacral chakra, including the difficulty of fully embracing joy and pleasure.
Mehrak (pronounced like miracle) is courageous woman who is committed to facilitating new levels of self-awakening, creating life-changing transformations and helping others achieve a deeper connection to themselves and all the possibilities that open from there.
