Otevíráme témata před kterými kávová komunita zavírá oči. Ironicky komentujeme události a otázky gastronomie, kolem kterých se chodí po špičkách. Když vidíme vosí hnízdo, rozhlížíme se po klacíku. 

Po deseti letech působení v české gastronomii a po 5 letech rozvoje pražírny výběrové kávy si sedáme za mikrofon a chceme se podělit o naše zážitky z kavárenské scény. Odpovídáme na Vaše témata a dotazy a zveme si osobnosti, se kterými jsme se za dobu za barem setkali v pozici hostů i kolegů.

Rodák z Arizony - Phoenixu Perry Czopp se vydal za kávou do Kostariky, aby mohl soutěžit s kávou, kterou poznal v místě jejího rodiště. Dopadlo to tak, že se zamiloval nejen do kávy, ale i do regionu, lidí v rámci komunity a následně taky do své budoucí ženy Marianely. O tom co předcházelo založení jejich společné vývozní firmy Selva Coffee, o tom co řeší exportér kávy starající se o propojení mezi farmářem a pražírnou, o tom že Perry je přesvědčen, že dalším krokem ve zpracování kávy bude zaměření farmářů na dry milling se dozvíte v novém podcastu. “Omlouvám se za zvuk, mikrofon vypověděl službu.
