In the podcast Balast (official podcast of Faculty of Arts Charles University), we break away from our usual guests because we invited guest lecturer Dr. Dawn Norris from the University of Wisconsin to talk to us about sociology. We focus on her research project, which is a comparison of attitudes towards work in the Czech Republic and the United States and what role work plays in people's identities.
